Revenue Accounting Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid schedule with one onsite day and four remote days per week

What you will do

• Review deals and sales orders in NetSuite to ensure accurate records, complete documentation, and audit readiness.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM within the defined deal-size threshold.
• Support revenue month-end close and reconciliations.
• Partner with system teams to improve revenue system utilization, process efficiency, and revenue accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in revenue recognition and close processes.
• Assist with external audits and participate in or lead cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of revenue accounting experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ARM or a similar system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-orientation, and accuracy skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• CPA certification is preferred.
