Growth Manager (AI Apps)

What you will do

• Build and own the growth strategy for new B2C AI apps across consumer segments.
• Run high-volume experiments across paid user acquisition, product-led growth, organic growth, and app store optimization.
• Partner with creative, product, and development teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Analyze channel performance and key metrics to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify innovative growth activations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience driving growth for consumer-facing digital products, preferably mobile apps.
• Detailed understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem and brand performance.
• Data-driven, structured, entrepreneurial, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and French required.
