Lease Abstraction Analyst (1 day per week in the office)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; one day per week in the office and four days working from home

International real estate services company supporting occupier clients with operational and financial portfolio management.

What you will do

• Read real estate leases and associated documents to record payments, critical dates, and responsibilities.
• Compare legal documents and maintain accurate, complete, consistent lease data.
• Follow client and internal processes, data quality controls, and contracted service levels.
• Manage personal workload and support other team members when needed.
• Participate in the team backup system and maintain business-as-usual process documentation.

Requirements

• English at intermediate level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset and very good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• No relevant work experience is required.

Nice to have

• Data processing experience in an international environment.
• Real estate work experience.
• BSc or MSc degree.
• Knowledge of another European language.
