Lead Experience Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end experience design from discovery workshops and journey mapping to prototypes, testing, and shipped digital products.
• Design conversational, multimodal, and autonomous agent experiences with appropriate trust, transparency, user control, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Use AI-enabled design and research tools to accelerate ideation, validation, and prototyping while maintaining usability and craft quality.
• Conduct lean generative and evaluative research, promoting accessibility, inclusive design, and continuous validation.
• Build and govern design systems and component libraries in partnership with engineering.
• Advise executive clients, support pre-sales and proposals, and help build hirify.global' local Experience Design practice in the Middle East.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, UX reasoning, rapid prototyping, and ownership of shipped products.
• Experience leading large-scale programs, 0-to-1 product launches, and senior stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, rapid prototyping, human-centered design, accessibility, inclusive design, and responsive or adaptive design.
• Experience designing AI and data-driven products, including conversational interfaces such as AI chat, task-oriented assistants, voice, or multimodal experiences.
• KSA/Middle East design experience, or strong experience developing products for Riyadh or the Middle East, is required.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, consultative selling, and client advisory skills.
