What you will do

• Originate brand platforms, repositionings, and campaign-level ideas from concept through activation.
• Maintain coherent creative platforms across brand and product surfaces.
• Carry ideas across film, social, experiential, copy, and online and offline activations.
• Shape briefs with the embedded creative-strategy team.
• Direct designers, writers, and production partners while setting the creative quality standard.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and other cross-functional leaders.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating leadership of brand platforms, repositionings, campaigns, and activations as a creative director.
• Art direction background with strong visual judgment across media.
• Experience setting creative vision and quality standards while remaining hands-on.
• Credibility working as a peer with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience carrying brand thinking across multiple products or business lines.
• Agency, in-house, or combined experience.
