Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; the medical devices team is based in Herlev, Denmark

What you will do
- Partner with project management, R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to gather input and clarify documentation requirements.
- Create, update, review, and release user manuals, instructions for use, product data sheets, and related technical documents.
- Prepare source content and coordinate translation and localization reviews.
- Coordinate documentation activities, track assigned work, and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain documentation templates, reusable content, internal guidelines, and knowledge-management resources.
- Apply documentation standards, style guidelines, regulations, and internal quality procedures while identifying process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer or technical documentation specialist.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with a content management system such as Astoria, Tridion, or a similar tool.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and geographies, and manage multiple priorities.
- Education in technical writing, technical communication, engineering, linguistics, or a related field is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device documentation.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience working with global development or production sites.
