What you will do
- Provide consecutive and liaison interpretation and written translation for business documents, meeting materials, reports, and correspondence.
- Translate and interpret between Chinese, English, and German or French for internal and external communication.
- Accompany senior management on overseas business trips, partner visits, negotiations, conferences, and project coordination.
- Support daily multilingual communication with teams and external stakeholders.
- Proofread translated materials for consistency, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
- Collect public industry and market information and prepare concise research summaries.
Requirements
- C1 or above in English and Chinese.
- C1 or above in German or French; German is preferred.
- Strong written translation and oral interpretation skills for technical and commercial content.
- Ability to accommodate frequent international travel and flexible work schedules.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, learning, and teamwork skills.
- A degree in linguistics, translation, interpreting, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Overseas study or work experience or experience in international business.
- Business interpretation, translation, or multilingual support experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Experience accompanying executives or interpreting during commercial negotiations.
