Senior Software Engineer (Client SDK)

Location: Helsinki Studio, Finland; primarily office-based with flexibility to work from home when needed

hirify.global is a Helsinki-based games company creating long-running games including Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and ship the hirify.global ID client SDK shared across hirify.global games on iOS, Android, and other platforms.
• Develop player-facing account experiences covering registration, login, account safety, compliance, and identity.
• Lead software projects from idea through implementation, release, and operations in collaboration with product managers, designers, analysts, game teams, and legal teams.
• Shape product improvements using data, player feedback, and firsthand experience.
• Work with game teams to create smooth integrations, maintain a small SDK footprint, and resolve integration and production issues.
• Participate in the client support rotation for game teams and players.

Requirements

• Experience building consumer-facing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android with Swift, Kotlin, C++, Flutter, or Dart.
• Understanding of platform constraints and application lifecycles, including diagnosing performance and runtime issues.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar parts of the stack and work across native and web boundaries.
• Strong ownership, product thinking, and experience leading cross-team projects with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• Commitment to testability, backward compatibility, maintainability, and reliable software at very large scale.
• Comfort using modern development tools, including AI coding agents.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping web-based user experiences, especially when embedded in native applications.
• Experience building SDKs, libraries, or components shared across multiple applications.
• Experience with routine backend development for end-to-end feature delivery.
