TL;DR
Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering - Infra (Platform Engineering and Infrastructure): Leading Delivery and Observability teams that build and operate platforms, tooling, and capabilities for reliable software delivery with an accent on cloud, CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational stability. Focus on managing 10–12 engineers, setting the roadmap, improving SLA/SLO performance, reducing incidents, and driving effective incident response and root-cause analysis.

is a publicly listed Swedish iGaming company operating online gaming products across more than 12 jurisdictions and 20 brands.
What you will do
- Lead approximately 10–12 engineers across Delivery and Observability.
- Own roadmap prioritisation, planning, and execution across the platform engineering domain.
- Build team structure, develop skills and culture, and oversee recruitment, performance, career development, and succession planning.
- Partner with Tech Leads and Architects to review technical changes, manage risks, and ensure reliable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions.
- Monitor SLAs, SLOs, service health, and engineering metrics while improving platform stability and reducing incidents.
- Drive operational readiness, observability, incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventative actions for major incidents.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems, review changes, and challenge technical decisions.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams, including recruitment, performance management, and career development.
- Strong roadmap, prioritisation, delivery management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with Tech Leads, Architects, Product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Good understanding of platform engineering, cloud, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of observability, reliability, production operations, SLAs/SLOs, and operational metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience managing CI/CD, developer platform, engineering tooling, software delivery, Observability, SRE, or Platform Reliability teams.
- Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
