is offering a six-month contract opportunity.
What you will do
- Develop concepts and write copy for articles, bulletins, marketing materials, promotional content, and digital experiences.
- Consult with sales and marketing representatives to define product information, requirements, style, and copy length.
- Edit and rewrite copy while adapting language and tone for different products and media.
- Develop and update content for public-facing Digital Claims experiences, including claim filing and tracking.
- Create strategic recommendations and a roadmap for GEO improvements.
- Assess and implement AI Content Strategy and GEO opportunities alongside traditional content writing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting or a related field.
- Core GEO and AI Content Strategy skills, including optimizing content for AI-powered search engines and conversational AI interfaces.
- Strategic planning, critical thinking, curiosity, and experience writing for customer- or member-facing experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- W2 employment only; C2C is not eligible.
Nice to have
- Property and casualty insurance experience.
- Claims experience.
