What you will do

• Own full P&L accountability, budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and studio ROI.
• Define and execute the long-term growth strategy in alignment with commercial objectives.
• Lead approximately 40 specialists across game production, development, mathematics, art, animation, and QA.
• Oversee the complete slot production lifecycle, from concept and mathematics through certification, release, and roadmap management.
• Expand distribution across EU, LATAM, regulated North American jurisdictions, and Sweepstakes/Social Casino markets.
• Partner with Marketing, B2B Sales, operators, aggregators, and platforms to increase exposure and commercial performance.

Requirements

• Experience as a General Manager, COO, CEO, or Managing Director at an established EU-facing iGaming slots studio.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in the B2B iGaming casino sector.
• Strong knowledge of slot workflows, RTP structures, volatility balancing, player psychology, and retention mechanics.
• Experience launching B2B slot games in LATAM, regulated North American states, or the Sweepstakes/Social Casino vertical.
• Experience scaling a boutique studio of approximately 30–50 people and its commercial distribution and production output.
• Native or fluent professional written and spoken English.
