Location: Remote from Portugal

is a Portugal-based IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience, providing technology guidance and decision support through an experienced senior team.
What you will do
- Design Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases and business adoption strategies.
- Create training materials and learning journeys for business users and leadership teams.
- Deliver workshops focused on AI literacy and Copilot adoption.
- Support large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programmes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and present adoption initiatives across the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI adoption, or digital workplace transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI concepts, responsible AI, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
- Experience with Copilot use-case design, prompt engineering, and business adoption strategies.
- Experience creating training materials, learning journeys, and delivering workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; the role is remote from Portugal.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programmes.
