VIP Account Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Bucharest, Romania — hybrid work with 3 days per week at the Timpuri Noi location

What you will do

• Manage VIP players both as a group and through one-on-one communication.
• Increase player engagement, retention, and satisfaction through personalized interactions.
• Respond to player questions and issues across email, messaging platforms, and in-game VIP chat.
• Create custom player content and collaborate with creative and monetization teams.
• Use studio KPIs and objectives to develop strategies for different player segments.
• Prepare basic analytical reports and provide insights that support business decisions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience handling customer requests and operating multiple CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, monetization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan ahead, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand the work of other departments.
