Leadership Development Program (Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 80% in-office and 20% remote work after training.

Salary: $63,099 per year.

• Complete structured training in insurance fundamentals, hirify.global operations, and team management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least six months of leadership experience through academic, volunteer, athletic, extracurricular, supervisory, research, or similar activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in developing a leadership career in the insurance industry.
