What you will do

• Set the strategic direction, goals, and priorities for Solution & Technology Marketing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing managers and coordinators.
• Build cross-functional alignment with Product & Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Guide go-to-market strategies, content, processes, and tools for technology and partner solutions.
• Measure marketing and team impact using performance data and continuously improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in product or technology marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Experience working in international technology companies.
• Strategic, pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome-focused leadership style.
• Strong coaching, people leadership, and communication skills.
