Sr. Analyst, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Monitor and perform in-depth analysis of security alerts in a virtual security operations center.
• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, including malware analysis and remote remediation.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection, triage, and countermeasure execution.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and incident updates to customer management.
• Act as a technical escalation point, mentor lower-level analysts, and provide quality oversight.
• Manage internal programs or teams and contribute to security thought leadership through public content and speaking events.

Requirements

• Experience in incident handling, computer or network forensics, malware analysis, incident remediation, systems administration, or secure network operations.
• Knowledge of targeted attacks, network protocols, network analysis tools, and forensic investigation methods.
• Programming or scripting experience with PowerShell, C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, information security, cybersecurity, intelligence studies, or a related field.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with customers, solve problems, and work under pressure.

Nice to have

• 4–6 years of relevant incident handling experience.
• Relevant security certification.
• Strong experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix operating systems.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
