Staff IAM Engineer (IAM Architecture & Governance)

What you will do

• Design, operate, and continuously improve human Identity Governance initiatives.
• Partner with audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide evidence, answer technical inquiries, and remediate audit findings.
• Translate SOX, SOC2, and ISO 27001 requirements into IAM controls for human and machine identities.
• Define and implement Non-Human Identity security across multi-cloud and on-premise environments, including service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, secrets, and certificates.
• Evaluate and deploy NHI and secrets management platforms such as Entro, Oasis, and Zuma.
• Build automation for NHI discovery, secret rotation, access certification, zero-touch provisioning and deprovisioning, and API integrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IAM, IGA platforms, and secrets or machine identity management.
• Hands-on engineering experience with NHI lifecycle tools and secrets management.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Go are required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, Active Directory, PAM, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Experience communicating technical IAM concepts to auditors and non-technical Risk teams.
• Administrative experience with Saviynt EIC or Cloud is listed as a qualification.
