Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own mobile analytics end-to-end, including tracking requirements, funnel analysis, and user behavior research.
• Manage transaction feed analytics, including merchant naming standardization and categorization logic.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for debit, credit, and cross-border payment products.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to validate tracking requirements for the mobile app interface.
• Monitor key payment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop forecasting inputs and financial reporting analytics for credit and bills payment streams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or GA4.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
• Familiarity with transaction data, payment flows, and data quality reconciliation.
• Must be willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
