Senior Manager Finance System & Processes

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation and support statutory consolidated financial statements, external reporting, and board reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies, reviewing consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations, foreign exchange impacts, and equity accounting.
• Support financial due diligence, transaction execution, acquisition accounting, and post-acquisition integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Lead or support Purchase Price Allocation exercises, collaborating with valuation specialists on fair values, business plans, discount rates, goodwill, intangible assets, and impairment testing.
• Support dividend, capital structure, financing, refinancing, legal entity capitalization, and corporate restructuring analyses.
• Contribute to finance transformation through consolidation system improvements, automation, standardization, and implementation of new accounting standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in group consolidation, external reporting, Big 4 audit or transaction services, corporate finance, M&A accounting, and IFRS technical accounting.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and integration projects in an international, multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on experience with Purchase Price Allocation exercises and strong knowledge of IFRS 3, IAS 36, IAS 21, IAS 28, and IFRS 10.
• Understanding of financial due diligence, valuation concepts, enterprise value and equity value bridges, working capital mechanisms, debt and equity instruments, and capital maintenance rules.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, judgment, and problem-solving skills; experience with consolidation systems, preferably OneStream.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, Expert-Comptable, or equivalent.
