Location: Onsite or hybrid in Warsaw or Wrocław, Poland

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain original quests on paper and in the proprietary C-Engine.
- Collaborate iteratively with the Narration team to develop ideas and provide feedback.
- Own quests within an interdisciplinary strike team spanning Level Design, Level Art, Open World, Animation, Audio, and Quality Assurance.
- Work with the Quest Producer and Quest Director to maintain the creative vision and monitor progress.
- Address director feedback within an iterative development pipeline.
- Track time and report progress in Jira while following industry trends and innovative quest, narration, and gameplay solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quest Designer or in a similar role.
- Experience creating game narration on at least one project and knowledge of a game creation editor.
- Understanding of the difference between narrative and gameplay layers in open-world action RPGs.
- Proactive ownership, strong storytelling ability, curiosity, and knowledge of the video game industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
