What you will do
- Build, develop, debug, and optimize game features and modules using Advanced C++ and object-oriented design principles.
- Write maintainable, efficient code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, artists, and mathematicians on complex game projects.
- Contribute to planning, estimation, tracking, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery.
- Improve CI/CD practices, coding standards, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Ensure game performance, stability, memory optimization, and quality requirements are achieved.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong practical experience with Advanced C++ 11/14 and object-oriented analysis and design.
- Experience programming in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git or SVN, GDB, profiling tools, and static and dynamic analysis tools.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and Agile/Scrum development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
