Associate, Creatory Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and execute affiliate plans for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign details, delivery updates, and recurring promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and optimize landing pages, user journeys, and campaign procedures for channel partners and content creators.
• Support affiliate recruitment, creator management, business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches.
• Manage MIS reporting, metrics tracking, monthly financial reports, and other operational deliverables.
• Measure revenue, competitive, and supply metrics and recommend process improvements to partners and leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations or sales operations.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Chinese, including the ability to read and understand Traditional Chinese.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online conversion drivers, reporting, and insights creation.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex quantitative analysis clearly.
• Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Structured approach to managing leads, projects, assignments, and operational challenges.

Nice to have

• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.
