What you will do
- Own the technical direction of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Define development guidelines, review scripts and configurations, and enforce coding standards and quality gates.
- Develop hands-on solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scheduled Jobs, Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Workflows.
- Design scalable solutions, minimize technical debt, and ensure platform performance, security, stability, and upgrade readiness.
- Lead technical discussions, design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and customer guidance.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, critical escalations, data validation, hyper care, go-live support, and defect triage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side and client-side scripting.
- Experience integrating systems through REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, ACLs, and security best practices.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
