Senior Manager, Agentic AI Business Solutions (AI)

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; hybrid commuter role with on-site work 2–3 days per week

Salary: $155,747.20–$210,716.80 annual base salary

What you will do

• Deliver prioritized agentic AI solutions supporting commercial and GCCI functions from intake through deployment.
• Translate commercial requirements into delivery objectives, execution plans, milestones, and working plans.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, system integration, UAT, access setup, documentation, and rollout activities.
• Drive agile delivery with AI/ML and engineering teams to ensure agents and models meet business needs and reliability standards.
• Provide delivery dashboards and communicate progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, system performance, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate training, office hours, onboarding, feedback loops, adoption tracking, and value-realization measurement for deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years, master’s degree plus 4 years, bachelor’s degree plus 6 years, associate’s degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
• Experience executing complex AI/ML delivery initiatives, particularly GenAI agents or copilots that automate tasks or support decision workflows.
• Strong conceptual and practical understanding of generative AI, agent architectures, development lifecycles, and technical delivery principles.
• Ability to coordinate technical and business teams, translate complex requirements, and maintain delivery progress amid shifting priorities.
• Experience deploying, training, and supporting business teams on digital tools or platforms; commercial or regulated-enterprise experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Thousand Oaks office 2–3 days per week.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions.
• Experience supporting commercial or field teams in a regulated enterprise environment.
