Localization Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid setup with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: €2,500–€3,500 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end localization process for Meta ads, Google ads, and email marketing content.
• Review production logs, set localization priorities, and ensure assets are produced, approved, and launched on time.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue, engagement, and other marketing KPIs to guide localization decisions.
• Coordinate localization tasks for designers and email specialists and communicate priorities with paid media and email teams.
• Review and approve localized ads and emails for language accuracy, cultural relevance, brand alignment, correct IDs and formats, and removal of remaining English text.

Requirements

• Experience in localization, translation project management, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing KPIs and performance data and make decisions based on business impact.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with paid ads, email marketing content, or creative production workflows.
• Comfort with analytics, workflow tools, and AI-assisted content generation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
