What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI Platform solutions for data scientists and ML engineers across .
- Lead improvements in large-scale training throughput, reliability, cost efficiency, and developer experience.
- Optimize the complete model lifecycle from data and training through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design integrations across model serving, ML pipelines, data serving, AI infrastructure, and AI automation tooling.
- Translate user pain points into platform requirements and create reference architectures and best-practice patterns.
- Define the technical roadmap with AI Platform leadership, evaluate state-of-the-art infrastructure, and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with MLOps and ML platform technologies such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Triton, and TorchServe.
- At least 10 years of experience with Kubernetes, containerization, high-performance GPU/TPU clusters, and large-scale data and model pipelines.
- Strong system design skills for available, scalable, secure, and multi-tenant platform services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, fine-tuning infrastructure, or serving optimization using technologies such as vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks including PyTorch, Ray, or Horovod.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, own complex integrations, and mentor senior engineers.
