What you will do

• Build and improve end-to-end Arabic language experiences for Global Siri.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify improvement areas and enhance the Arabic user experience.
• Design, implement, and iterate on solutions for global markets processing millions of requests per day.
• Apply machine learning and natural language processing techniques to production products.
• Collaborate with teams across hirify.global and contribute independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Share expertise and mentor colleagues while coordinating work across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Native Arabic fluency and awareness of Arabic culture.
• Experience applying machine learning and natural language processing techniques to deliver products.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Strong object-oriented software design and programming skills, with experience working on large codebases.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience for the Arabic market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience developing, training, and fine-tuning large language models and scalable workflows for internationalization challenges.
• Experience with multilingual data and machine translation.
• Proficiency in Python, Swift, Rust, Objective-C, C++, or Go.
• Product-focused mindset with emphasis on end-user experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
