Part-Time Media Design Group Designer/Animator

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $37–$80 USD per hour

What you will do

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-production-value graphics for hirify.global Media projects.
• Develop original visual concepts and translate them into compelling motion design solutions.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Producers on creative alignment, timelines, revisions, and delivery.
• Build scalable animation systems and templates for internal teams, editors, and external vendors.
• Maintain organized project files and follow established workflows, naming conventions, and production standards.
• Manage multiple assignments and accelerated turnarounds while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in design, motion graphics, or animation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including scripting and Mogrts, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma and UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D (C4D).
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling, and production workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Inglewood and during non-standard hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as production schedules require.
