Supply Chain Performance Analyst

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Generate monthly “G26 Daily Activities & KPIs” files for each service provider while enforcing naming conventions and file integrity.
• Align activity files with the master template and coordinate yearly updates to site-activity information.
• Maintain the Google Drive folder structure and manage the two-step data flow from Google Sheets into QLIK Sense.
• Perform data quality checks, identify broken files and cost-tracker outliers, and trigger notifications when data is ready for export.
• Create contractual governance dashboards and distribute key insights to the Physical Security team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with QLIK or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying data errors, broken files, and outliers before final reporting.
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders, Site Security Managers, and Physical Security teams.
