Product UX Designer - Interaction Design (AI)

What you will do

• Design simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling interactions for data-dense web applications and websites.
• Create and execute usability testing plans and use data-driven methods to validate design solutions.
• Oversee user interface and customer-experience design for key web applications.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with development, product, operations, sales, marketing, target users, and external clients.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
• Support and mentor less-experienced UI/UX designers while managing multiple project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Mastery of design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with AI-assisted design, generative AI, AI copiloting, UX research, analytics, and accessibility tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
