Solution Engineer (CPaaS)

What you will do

• Act as a technical mediator between hirify.global, customer deployers, and development teams.
• Integrate hirify.global products into customer systems using custom-scripted APIs, SFTP, CPaaS, and SaaS services.
• Collect technical requirements, design solutions, and create service integration plans.
• Conduct customer demos, proofs of concept, and solution integration enablement sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation and handle technical and security questionnaires.
• Coordinate project delivery to meet agreed timelines, scope, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of hirify.global products and solutions.
• Understanding of customer businesses, industry trends, competition, and relevant product use cases.
• Intermediate-level understanding of project management and ability to perform project-related tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with regional, sales, technical, senior engineering, solution architecture, and solution management teams.
• Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and solution designs.
