Delivery Lead (AI-Enabled Products)

What you will do

• Own client-facing products and initiatives from ambiguous briefs through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout, adoption, and reliable operation.
• Convert complex requests into delivery plans with owners, dependencies, risks, and clear definitions of done.
• Operate AI-enabled services after launch, including prompts, inputs, outputs, dependencies, human review, quality checks, and drift detection.
• Investigate and reproduce issues, assess impact, and provide Engineering with well-framed problems.
• Manage client communication and turn delivery learnings into actionable Product and Engineering requirements.
• Lead junior team members and create playbooks, checklists, and automation to improve delivery cycles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, product operations, technical account management, client delivery, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ownership of work from ambiguity to a real outcome.
• Ability to reason about APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration, and data without being a software engineer.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows in production, including prompts, inputs, failure modes, and human review.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, direct people, maintain standards, and focus on results.

Nice to have

• Experience operating AI workflows, automation, or platforms after launch.
• Experience implementing SaaS or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, CMS, UAT, or analytics.
• Background in sport, media, live events, or ad tech.
• Remote startup or scale-up experience.
