Overview

The team focuses on identifying and implementing AI solutions within HR products to streamline processes and save employee time. The goal is to accelerate and make recruitment, adaptation, and personnel development more objective and personalized using AI technologies.

What you will do

• Develop and implement new AI-based features in existing products.
• Evaluate the quality of AI functions using historical data and monitor performance during use.
• Create reusable infrastructure solutions to accelerate the development of AI-based features.

Requirements

• Experience writing tests using Unittest, Pytest, or similar testing libraries.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and understanding HTTP principles.
• Experience working with storage and queues like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Proficient in Python with commercial development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) and web application security.

Nice to have

• Experience working with large language models (LLM) and MCP.
• Understanding of how to write prompts and control their quality.
• Experience working with data analysis tools like Spark, Pandas, Matplotlib.
