What you will do

• Build a reliable and scalable platform for hirify.global Tracker.
• Optimize performance, improve fault tolerance, and develop frameworks and APIs.
• Universalize data storage and access using NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) with replication and sharding.
• Operate a high-load service ensuring availability and stability.

Requirements

• Java development experience of at least 3 years
• Good understanding and practical experience with distributed systems
• Expertise in one or more: MongoDB, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Temporal
• Basic knowledge of SRE practices
