Location: Sydney office with hybrid schedule (Tuesday to Thursday in-office, Monday optional WFH, Friday depends on team)
Salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD (converted from AUD 163,000–207,000)

Overview
Support APAC Channel Partnerships by enabling and onboarding partners, driving co-sell and service partner programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize partner engagement and success.
What you will do
- Manage onboarding and welcome experience for new strategic partners in APAC
- Deliver recurring enablement sessions and develop partner programming materials
- Collaborate with marketing to create partner-appropriate materials and drive engagement
- Track and report partner enablement success metrics to improve programs
- Lead internal enablement for sales and services teams on channel partner initiatives
- Organize communications, webinars, and annual partner events
Requirements
- Must have 4+ years in a similar role within international/B2B SaaS
- Ability to travel regionally within APAC
- Strong English skills (default b2 level)
- Passion for creating engaging learning experiences and communities
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales and services motions
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
