AI Automation Analyst (AI)

Location: Peru; on-site. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. Coworking access is available in Miraflores, Lima.

What you will do

• Build and maintain production LLM-backed AI agents for intent filtering, lead grading, enrichment, contract parsing, and competitive monitoring.
• Design and deploy multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make, Jira, NetSuite, and advertising platforms.
• Own assigned automation builds end to end, including scoping, delivery, documentation, monitoring, alerting, and error triage.
• Inventory, document, migrate, or retire existing automations in preparation for the Salesforce cutover.
• Discover and document operational processes with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.
• Track automation impact, drive adoption, and iterate on workflows based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, systems, or automation with ownership of real builds.
• Hands-on CRM experience with workflows, properties, custom objects, list logic, lifecycle stages, and data movement; HubSpot or Salesforce required.
• Experience with an automation platform such as Make, Zapier, Workato, or n8n, including branching, error handling, and API calls.
• Practical experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, structured outputs, tool use, and failure handling.
• Experience working with messy, multi-system data environments and strong attention to testing edge cases and reliability.
• Fluent English at C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient.
• Healthcare or regulated-data experience, including PHI handling.
