ABAP Application Developer (SAP)

What you will do

• Provide SAP application development services to internal customers and global IT partners.
• Prioritize and delegate requests, analyze problems and requirements, and assess risks and benefits.
• Develop enhancements and resolve incidents using ABAP, S/4HANA, and Fiori.
• Develop and maintain ABAP backend REST APIs for external systems and frontend applications.
• Support unit, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution.
• Produce technical documentation, review code quality, and maintain development standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience developing SAP ABAP applications, including RICEFW.
• At least 2 years of experience developing SAP Fiori applications and at least 2 years developing ABAP backend REST APIs.
• Experience developing or adapting SAP applications on HANA, with knowledge of CDS, BTP, RAP, and CAP.
• At least 1 year of experience using ATC and the ability to identify and remediate ABAP code vulnerabilities; knowledge of OAuth.
• Knowledge of Agile development, Waterfall, ITSM incident and change management, and technical specification documentation.
