Junior Solution Engineer

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model

hirify.global provides a global full-stack cloud communication platform used for customer connectivity, messaging, and business communications.

What you will do

• Act as a technical mediator between hirify.global, customer deployers, and development teams.
• Integrate hirify.global products into client systems using custom-scripted APIs, SFTP, CPaaS, and SaaS solutions.
• Gather technical requirements, design solutions, and prepare service integration plans and documentation.
• Conduct customer demos, proofs of concept, workshops, and solution enablement sessions.
• Support presales activities by connecting customer business needs with technical solutions.
• Assist with project delivery, technical and security questionnaires, and ensuring projects remain on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, technical consulting, or a similar role.
• Degree in engineering, IT, systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication is required.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and tools, including prompt engineering, LLMs, and MCP.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of technical documentation, integration concepts, business process modeling, and customer journey design.

Nice to have

• Experience managing technical projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Understanding of conversational design and chatbot logic.
• Familiarity with CPaaS, SMS, chatbots, contact centers, or omnichannel solutions.
• Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with Miro, Figma, or similar process-design tools.
