Partner Solutions Architect (API Integrations)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 78,400–117,600 per year, plus equity and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Advise third-party developers and partner teams on designing, building, and integrating apps with RESTful APIs.
• Review partner architectures and integration plans, recommend scalable and secure solutions, and troubleshoot API requests using Postman.
• Lead technical certification of partner apps before App Marketplace publication, validating functional, security, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Document certification feedback, help partners remediate issues, and maintain partner technical status records.
• Improve API documentation, integration guides, Postman collections, certification criteria, and partner onboarding with product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams.
• Run technical workshops or office hours and communicate partner feedback to improve API offerings and the partner experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Postman and a solid understanding of authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0.
• Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects and managing multiple partner relationships and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, writing, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
