What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using coding standards and modern engineering practices.
• Work on complex software projects in an agile environment and collaborate across functions and teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and support their technical growth.
• Contribute to application architecture, engineering standards, infrastructure, and delivery processes.
• Review code contributions for quality and architectural soundness.
• Support the use of current technologies, best practices, and architecture patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience; a master’s degree may qualify with relevant experience.
• At least three years of software engineering experience, or at least one year with a relevant master’s degree.
• At least two years of experience with one or more of ASP.NET, Node, React, Vue, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architecture, infrastructure, and delivery standards.
