What you will do
- Own the product deployment process for the production site through first-order readiness.
- Set up local items using global artwork and specification repositories.
- Coordinate specifications, color standards, work instructions, sampling, and test orders with local manufacturing.
- Support product re-engineering, production troubleshooting, and quality and lean manufacturing efforts.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, prepare profitability analyses, and create local and global price proposals.
- Manage intercompany pricing, price lists, quote letters, and pricing escalations with Commercial and regional teams.
Requirements
- Advanced English is required for business conversations.
- Degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Entry-level profile with 0–2 years of experience in product development at a manufacturing company.
- Analytical mindset for roadmaps and numerical problems, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service skills, and strong technical aptitude.
- Experience with apparel, packaging, or graphic industries and knowledge of apparel products and applications are preferred.
