What you will do
- Manage zonal activities and field processes related to the collection of EasyBuy products.
- Partner with the Credit Manager to improve credit, collection, and operational processes.
- Recommend policy and process enhancements to mitigate operational risks.
- Conduct spot checks, prepare field reports, and escalate identified red flags.
- Investigate fraud cases through data collection and interviews, then provide recommendations.
- Profile customers at onboarding and identify potential default risks to support informed customer selection and payment performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of people-management experience.
- Experience in fraud detection and investigation.
- Advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound problem-solving and critical-reasoning abilities.
- Strong planning, organization, reporting, and communication skills.
- Fluent English with clear, concise, and effective oral, written, and visual communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with data mining, manufacturing information, or production information.
- Programming experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools, including using SQL queries for assessment and insight.
