Interaction Designer (Speech Analytics)

What you will do

• Configure trackable points of interest and evaluation forms in the hirify.global dashboard to automate customer quality assurance.
• Configure speech analytics tools for automated scoring and audit voice analytics data to resolve accuracy issues and reduce false readings.
• Learn customer business processes and KPIs and identify analytics use cases connected to measurable ROI.
• Own POC and POV engagements, including requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and outcome presentation.
• Collaborate with customer leaders, Sales, Product, and Engineering to support strategic initiatives, deal cycles, and customer success.
• Translate customer requirements into speech analytics configurations and provide guidance on analytical objectives and value realization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with speech analytics tools to identify key points of interest in contact center interactions.
• Understanding of the contact center industry and common KPIs.
• Project management skills for managing expectations and communicating project priorities, status, and progress.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technology-driven environment.
