TL;DR
UX/UI Designer (Web3): Designing end-to-end experiences for fintech and cryptocurrency exchange products with an accent on information architecture, interaction design, visual quality, and interface animation. Focus on independently delivering trading competitions and large-scale campaigns, collaborating across product and engineering, and exploring AI tools and efficient design workflows.

What you will do
- Design product UX/UI, including information architecture, user flows, interaction logic, and visual interfaces.
- Own design delivery for projects such as trading competitions and large-scale campaigns.
- Create high-quality interface animations to improve interaction feedback and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and operations teams to implement designs.
- Track industry trends and explore AI tools and design-efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Strong UX/UI and end-to-end product design experience.
- Excellent visual design skills and the ability to deliver high-quality interface designs.
- 5–8 years of design experience with proven mature project delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects or Rive.
Nice to have
- English communication and presentation skills.
- 3D design experience with Blender, C4D, or comparable AI-assisted workflows.
- Interest in and self-driven exploration of AI design tools and workflows.
- Experience in finance, technology, Web3, or cryptocurrency exchanges.
