Sr. Product Solutions Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end enterprise implementations for legal technology customers with an accent on environment configuration, AI prompt iteration, SQL-based data mapping, and UAT. Focus on building scalable implementation playbooks, resolving data discrepancies across backend and product layers, and prioritizing customer feedback for the product roadmap.
Location: Remote-US; travel is required for the role.
Salary: $141,835–$191,895 annually, plus equity.

What you will do
- Lead the technical and operational setup for enterprise customer implementations.
- Configure Smart Workflows, task plans, document templates, and other customer environments based on firm procedures.
- Write, test, and refine AI prompts while setting quality thresholds for product launches.
- Write SQL queries for data mapping, custom reporting, validation, and investigation of data discrepancies.
- Design and run end-to-end UAT scenarios, validate staging environments, and support integration testing.
- Coordinate training and rollout activities, create implementation playbooks, triage failures, and prioritize product feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS, LegalTech, or complex operations environment.
- Experience with customization-heavy enterprise system-of-record implementations.
- Strong SQL skills for data mapping, reporting, and validation.
- Experience writing, testing, and iterating on AI prompts, with a foundational understanding of LLMs.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or critical external stakeholders.
- Ability to build UAT scenarios, conduct testing, triage bugs, and manage complex configurations with strong attention to detail.
