Head of Business Analysis

Overview

Join a product company blending traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi) and Web3. Lead business analysis practices to support integrations in payments, KYC, crypto-liquidity, and risk management, ensuring well-structured documentation and cross-team communication.

What you will do

• Define and optimize business analysis and documentation processes.
• Establish communication channels between product, engineering, compliance, and business development teams.
• Lead collection and documentation of business requirements for new features and integrations.
• Review third-party API documentation and create integration schemes.
• Monitor business metrics to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Mentor business analysts and foster continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Previous work in fintech, payments, or related sector is a must
• Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence and process standardization.
• Strong communication skills bridging business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding integration needs.
• Ability to break down complex business problems and coordinate multi-team discussions.
• Ability to read and understand code is a plus.
