Field Market Access Modeller Specialist (Health Economics)

What you will do

• Build, adapt, and validate health economic models, including cost-utility, budget-impact, and cost-effectiveness models, using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies.
• Translate clinical and economic data into clear, transparent value dossiers.
• Adapt global HEOR models and value narratives to Italian national, regional, and local needs.
• Support regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams and present evidence to external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional access processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• English is required in written and spoken communication.
