What you will do
- Develop and execute the localisation strategy for filmed content.
- Improve localisation workflows, technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance.
- Build and grow strategic relationships with senior client decision-makers across studios, distributors, streamers, and production companies.
- Lead Client Services and Operations teams while establishing proactive account management and exceptional customer service.
- Support revenue growth through client retention, upselling, and strategic account development.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, profitability targets, and team development.
Requirements
- Significant experience in media localisation or post-production.
- Previous experience in film, television, advertising, or gaming is essential.
- Strong business development skills and senior client relationship management experience.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows and/or localisation platforms.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, including cross-functional team management.
- Knowledge of international content regulations, accessibility standards, and cultural adaptation practices.
Nice to have
- Awareness of AI-assisted localisation and media supply chain developments.
