What you will do

• Design and deliver operational risk and resiliency scorecards with standardized metrics.
• Convert risk events, metrics, assessments, and issues into prioritized, actionable insights.
• Identify cross-cutting and systemic risks affecting critical business services.
• Develop dynamic dashboards, near real-time analytical views, and automated data refresh cycles.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI techniques, including pattern detection, clustering, and thematic analysis.
• Translate complex analytics into concise narratives and provide real-time risk insight in senior leadership forums.

Requirements

• Extensive risk management experience within a financial institution.
• Strong experience in risk analytics, data analysis, or quantitative disciplines.
• Deep understanding of operational risk and the financial services environment.
• Ability to connect analytics to business and risk outcomes and influence senior decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build new capabilities, innovate, and synthesize complex information into executive-level insights.
