Location: Hybrid role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

What you will do
- Partner with business functions to align HR initiatives with operational priorities and plans.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, policies, performance matters, and complex workplace situations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and support the attraction and selection of talent in the market.
- Lead employee relations cases and the full performance management cycle, including improvement plans, disciplinary meetings, and annual reviews.
- Maintain secure and accurate employee records and monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives while improving employee engagement and people processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in human resources management and proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in warehousing management and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong judgement, integrity, ethical standards, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to work in a hybrid role based in Ethiopia.
